About Core Interval

Get creative with your core and ab workout! Core Interval uses an interval method to hit all areas of your core including abdominals, obliques, lower back, glutes, and inner & outer thighs. Most of this class will be spent on the mat, but you may also learn new ways to hit your core while standing.
