About Kripalu Yoga

This slow flow will be both a mental and physical challenge for anyone from a beginner to a regular yoga practitioner. In Kripalu Yoga, poses are held longer to incorporate a deep meditative state into the practice. Breathing exercises, meditation, and visualization are utilized to increase focus and concentration while decreasing stress and anxiety.
