About Crunch Time Core

Why just count reps or time when you could have more fun with your ab workout? Let the music distract you from your workout so you don’t even notice how hard you’re working in this music-dependent core class. Using one song per body part, this class will work the entire core including your abdominals, obliques, lower back, glutes, and inner & outer thighs.
