About Cardio Strength Interval

Join us for this classic group fitness class for a comprehensive total body workout where no two classes will never look the same. Using an interval approach where the clock is king, participants will complete cardio, strength, or combo moves to improve cardiovascular and muscular endurance throughout class. While the intervals stay consistent, the exercises can vary dramatically from jump squats to tricep dips to jumping jacks with plenty of options to increase or decrease the intensity.
