Why is Notre Dame transitioning to mobile ticketing?
Mobile ticketing will provide our guests and employees a safe and contactless environment with an increased protection against fraud as well as reducing the challenges of lost, stolen, counterfeit or forgotten tickets. Guests can access their mobile tickets on their smartphones through their respective Notre Dame Ticket Account or within the phone’s digital wallet.
Do I need a Notre Dame Athletics Ticket account in order to use the mobile ticketing option?
If you have previously purchased tickets from the Notre Dame Athletics Ticket Office, you already have an account in our ticketing system. If you do not know your password or are logging into your Notre Dame Ticket Account for the first time, click on “Forgot Password?” to have a temporary password link emailed to you. If you do not know the email address associated with your account or have additional questions, please contact the Notre Dame Athletics Ticket Office at 574-631-7356.
After I purchase my tickets, how and when will I receive them?
Your tickets will be delivered via email to you after the purchase is complete. Please add them to your Apple Wallet or Google Pay immediately so that they will be readily available on game day.
Can I transfer my tickets?
No. In keeping with the University’s health and safety rules this season, tickets should only be used by the faculty or staff member who made the original purchase. Notre Dame Faculty and Staff attending the game should be prepared to show a Notre Dame ID to enter the Stadium or while seated in the faculty/staff sections on gameday.
If you need to transfer a ticket to a member of your household, please contact the ticket office at least 48 hours prior to the game and request the ticket be reissued to the individual. Again, anyone entering the Stadium should be prepared to show a Notre Dame ID.
Can I have multiple tickets on a single phone?
Yes. You are able to swipe through your available tickets at the venue and enter together if the entire party is present.
Can I print my tickets at home?
No. Ticket buyers will no longer have the option to print their tickets at home.
Will a screenshot, photocopy or a picture of my ticket be permitted for entry?
No. A mobile ticket must be provided either within your Notre Dame Ticket Account on your mobile device or within your phone’s digital wallet in order to gain entry into the stadium. Photocopies, scans, and pictures of hard tickets will not be permitted for entry.
Is there Wi-Fi at the stadium to be able to download the tickets?
Our stadium is equipped with Wi-Fi services. However, to guarantee seamless entry, we highly recommend downloading your tickets into your smartphone wallet (Apple Wallet or Google Pay) prior to your arrival to the stadium. Please be sure your smartphone is charged before arriving at the game.
Is my personal information secure?
Yes. Our ticketing software and ticket management systems utilize industry standard encryption and security policies, so your mobile ticketing account and password are well protected.
What if I have additional questions or needs on gameday?
Please contact the Notre Dame Athletics Ticket Office at 574-631-7356 (Hours: 9 am - 5 pm, Monday-Friday) or email email@example.com. On gameday, ticket resolution booths will be available at the entry gates.
