Winter Session

Career development, job placement support, emotional support and well-being resources, community service, research, and online courses and more.

The University plans to offer a suite of engaging opportunities as part of an experimental  “winter session” between the end of the Fall 2020 semester in mid-November and the beginning of the Spring 2021 semester on February 3. Among the offerings will be:

  • Career development and professional growth workshops and projects 
  • Job placement support
  • Experiential co-curricular community service
  • Research experiences 
  • Online courses taught by Notre Dame faculty.
Winter Session Dates

Winter Session: Duration of offerings for students will be available.

Student Winter Break: The period of time between the end of fall semester and the start of Spring semester where the majority of students are not on campus.

Extended University Holiday: The elongated University holiday that includes the traditional Christmas and New Years holiday breaks for Faculty and Staff.
